An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a leading international law firm on an interim basis.
Client Details
The team advises a broad range of clients across the infrastructure, real estate, energy, transport, housing and development sectors on complex and high-value construction projects throughout the UK and internationally.
Description
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documentation, including:
- JCT and NEC contracts
- Professional appointments
- Collateral warranties
- Development and funding agreements
- Security documentation and related project agreements
- Advising clients on procurement strategies and project delivery structures
- Supporting major development, infrastructure and regeneration projects
- Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Providing commercially focused risk assessment and contract management advice

Profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- Proven experience within a recognised construction practice
- Strong background in non-contentious construction matters
- Comfortable handling matters autonomously while collaborating with wider project teams
- Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills
- Available to commence an assignment in the near term
