Non-Executive Director – AI-Enabled Cancer Diagnostics

Europe/US East Coast | Equity-based appointment

I am supporting an innovative, early-stage healthcare technology company developing AI-enabled solutions across pathology and cancer diagnostics.

We are looking to appoint a commercially oriented Non-Executive Director to help accelerate its growth within the US market.

The successful individual will:

  • Advise the founders on US commercial strategy, market entry, and business development.
  • Provide insight across pathology, AI, and cancer diagnostics.
  • Facilitate meaningful introductions to pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and other strategic partners.
  • Help identify and progress commercial collaborations and revenue opportunities.
  • Strengthen the company’s understanding of the US healthcare and diagnostics landscape.
  • Provide constructive strategic challenge and guidance to the founding team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The company would prefer someone based on the Europe/US East Coast to support regular collaboration with the European leadership team.

The initial time commitment is expected to be approximately one day per week. This will be an equity-led appointment, structured through vested share options rather than a conventional executive salary.

If this opportunity aligns with your background, or you know someone who could add genuine strategic and commercial value, please contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
