Non-Executive Director Opportunity
Following the appointment of Jackie Smith as our outstanding new Chair earlier this year, we are now seeking an exceptional Non-Executive Director to join our highly committed Board and provide leadership across finance and performance. This is an exciting and pivotal time to join #TeamCRH and to provide scrutiny as we focus on delivering the ambitions of our new strategy. You will bring your experience to support our Board in ensuring long-term financial sustainability, overseeing major transformation, and meeting the challenges and opportunities presented by a rapidly evolving health and care landscape.
We are seeking an individual with recent and relevant financial leadership experience and significant non-executive experience to chair our Finance and Performance Committee. You will bring board-level credibility, financial insight and the confidence to provide constructive challenge, and support financial sustainability. Strong governance, strategic and partnership skills are essential, alongside a clear commitment to our values, high-quality care, colleague experience and an understanding of our diverse communities.
