Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Trust Board
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Board of our Trust and benefit the patient population we are so proud to serve.
As Non-executive Director, you will work alongside executives as equal members of our unitary Board who share responsibility with the other directors for the Board’s decisions and for the success of the organisation in leading the improvement of our healthcare services for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chair the Trust’s Quality & Safety Committee
- Work across professional boundaries, providing scrutiny and fresh, multi-disciplinary perspectives internally
- Focus on improvement, challenging clinical processes to ensure they are as robust and efficient as possible
- Encourage teams to use benchmarking and best practice to drive up standards and deliver excellence in patient care
- Support the development of the Trust’s commercial offering and develop its culture & capability around continuous improvement
