Non-Executive Director

Commercial Sales and Route to Market

N3XA Advanced Hydration is seeking an experienced commercial leader to help shape its route to market, sales channels, and launch strategy as the business progresses towards commercialisation.

About N3XA Advanced Hydration

N3XA Advanced Hydration is a start-up, science-led health and hydration company developing a new generation of patented advanced beverage products built around nutrition, physiology, and evidence-based formulation.

Our ambition is to go beyond conventional hydration by combining scientific thinking, carefully selected nutrients, and functional formulation to create products designed for modern lifestyles, sport, and everyday wellbeing.

N3XA has been created with a purpose that goes beyond the products we sell. We believe commercial success can be a force for meaningful social impact.

A core purpose of N3XA is to fund, support, and help build partnerships focused on rare childhood and teenage cancer. As the business grows, a proportion of its commercial success will be directed towards supporting initiatives that can contribute to research, innovation, awareness, and improved outcomes for children and young people affected by rare cancers.

Our ambition is to create a business where commercial growth, scientific innovation, and social impact are connected from the outset.

N3XA is completing the final stages of its intellectual property, product concepts, and commercial planning. We are working towards a potential market launch within the next three-six months.

The Opportunity

As N3XA prepares for commercial launch and future growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Non-Executive Director with a strong background in commercial strategy, sales, and route-to-market development.

The successful candidate will help shape N3XA's commercial model, identify the most attractive sales channels, and support the development of a practical go-to-market strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
