Who are we and our mission
Buying your first home is one of the biggest decisions most people make, and one of the least supported. The estate agent works for the seller. The solicitor is managing a dozens of transactions. The buyer is left chasing updates with no idea what happens next. propi exists to fix this.
We match first time buyers with conveyancers who can actually move at their pace, guide people through the home-buying process step by step, all while we're building toward the tooling that helps conveyancers run their caseload day to day. We're part-live, we're growing, and we're early enough that the people who join now shape what this becomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Our founding team brings together people with expertise in tier 1 consultancy, product, design, and engineering, so we know how to build and execute at pace. What's missing is a genuine voice from inside the profession, someone who's dealt with the transactions themselves, knows what CQS and lender panel access really involve, and can tell us honestly when an idea sounds good from the outside but doesn't hold up in practice.
