Progress Housing Group is seeking a Non-Executive Director with senior digital and transformation expertise to join its Board

This is an opportunity to help shape how we use technology, innovation and organisational change to improve services, strengthen resilience and deliver better outcomes for customers and communities.

You will contribute to strategic decision-making, provide constructive support and challenge, and help ensure digital transformation is ambitious, well-governed and aligned to our social purpose. As a Non-Executive Director, you will work collectively with fellow Board members to promote the long-term success and sustainability of Progress Housing Group. You will help ensure that decisions are made in the best interests of the organisation while considering their impact on customers, employees, communities and the wider environment.

The Board has an important role in setting and maintaining the Group's vision, mission and values, approving its strategic direction and ensuring appropriate governance, financial and risk management arrangements are in place. You will contribute to this work while maintaining a clear distinction between strategic governance and the day-to-day management of the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
