Non-Executive Director - Scaling Drinks Business – Equity compensation – England

My client is a fast-growing drinks business with an exceptional product offering and ambitious plans for continued national expansion. The business itself offers a sustainable and price favorable solution to one of the biggest products consumed across on-trade venues.

We are looking for an experienced Non-Executive Director to join the business and play a hands-on role in accelerating their commercial growth, with a particular focus on securing new business across national on-trade groups.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an outstanding network across the UK drinks and hospitality sector who can open doors, create meaningful introductions and help convert those relationships into significant commercial opportunities.

What this business offers:

  • Performance related equity bonus
  • Remote working, autonomy over schedule and working hours

The primary focus of the NED will be to drive new business and accelerate distribution through national on-trade groups.

The ideal Non-Executive Director will need to:

  • Leverage an extensive network of senior decision-makers across national on-trade groups.
  • Make high-value introductions to buyers, commercial directors and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and other national accounts.
  • Support the business in developing and converting a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Use your industry experience and relationships to accelerate the sales cycle and win major accounts.
  • Provide strategic commercial input as the business scales.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the brand within the drinks and hospitality industry.
  • Bring insight into market trends, customer requirements and routes to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
