JOIN MIDDLEMARCH AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR FINANCE
As our Non-Executive Director for Finance, you'll join our Board and play an influential role in strengthening our financial governance, guiding us through a period of growth and change, and ensuring the company's financial strategy supports our long-term sustainability and mission.
You will ideally have:
- a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with current or recent experience in a senior finance role.
- a proven track record in financial governance, including oversight of budgets, cashflow management, audit processes, and financial reporting at board level.
- experience as a Non-Executive Director for a commercial organisation.
- experience of working with a Board of Directors, and/or chairing a Finance or Audit Committee, with the ability to challenge constructively and support sound financial decision making.
The successful candidate will be able to commit 14 days per year to attend meetings at, or near, our Coventry head office and serve a minimum of three years on the board. In return, we offer a competitive compensation package.
