Who we are

Find Your Voice is a Community Interest Company that brings creativity and energy into communities through singing. We're loud, we're boisterous and we're energetic, and we love watching people blossom and reach their full potential.

We use great music and favourite songs to create singing programmes that are delivered directly into marginalised communities across England, so that everyone can experience the health and wellbeing benefits of singing a song they love, out loud. Our mission is to get people seen, heard and achieving more.

Why now?

We have kept on growing, in programmes, team, beneficiaries and turnover, and we are now entering an exciting new stage of development. We are looking for three to five new Non-Executive Directors to support that growth, bring strategic oversight and help guide the organisation through the exciting developments ahead. The final number will depend on the strength and complementary skills of the candidates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
