Non-Medical Prescriber (ADHD) | Associate Clinician

About the Role
Xyla ND is expanding its prescribing workforce to meet increasing demand for ADHD assessments and ongoing treatment support. We are seeking experienced Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs) who can work independently to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and manage patients with ADHD.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for flexible, sessional work alongside existing commitments. Initial volumes will be low, with opportunities for increased work as demand grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ADHD suitability and assessment appointments
- Prescribe medication where clinically appropriate
- Manage patient titrations and medication reviews
- Complete all required clinical documentation and administration
- Undertake annual review appointments for existing patients
- Work independently within professional and regulatory guidelines

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP)
- Able to independently assess and prescribe for ADHD patients
- Minimum 2 years' experience assessing and prescribing for ADHD
- Meets required DIVA assessment experience standards
- Able to provide evidence of DIVA assessment experience
- Comfortable undertaking low-volume assessment work initially
- Excellent clinical judgement and report-writing skills
Session Rates
- Initial Suitability Appointment
- 45-60 minutes
- Includes prescribing (where clinically appropriate), administration, and prescription postage
- £80 per appointment
- Titration Appointments
- Three monthly review sessions
- 40 minutes per appointment (30-minute consultation + 10 minutes administration)
- £40 per appointment
- Annual Review Appointments
- 55 minutes per appointment (45-minute consultation + 10 minutes administration)
- £40 per appointment
