We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
The Crestwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our supportive and ambitious team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of the year. They will also be a dynamic and motivational individual, with the ambition to consistently challenge yourself to be a successful leader of students, no matter what should arise. The successful candidate will provide highly effective pastoral care to their year group and promote and secure a culture of high expectations for all students.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for young people and who is looking to progress in their career. You will be well supported by the pastoral manager and team.
