Non-Volume Conveyancer - Newport | £38,000-£60,000 + Unrivalled Bonus

Location: Newport
Salary: £38,000-£60,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid/Flexible

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Non-Volume Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly respected Newport firm with a long-standing, loyal local client base. This is a genuine opportunity to move away from the pressures of volume conveyancing. You will not be expected to constantly chase new business or work to unrealistic caseload targets. The firm has built an established reputation within the local community, meaning the clients are already there. You will handle a quality caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working with repeat clients and recommendations while providing a genuinely personal service.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Deal with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Build strong relationships with an established local client base
  • Handle matters thoroughly rather than working within a high-volume, target-driven environment
  • Provide a high-quality, client-focused service
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team
