Job Opportunity: Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor in Chatham
Damicor is currently recruiting for an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term project based in Chatham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project, with an initial 5-month contract and the potential for the role to continue for a further 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise mechanical installation and strip out works on site.
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
- Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards.
- Liaise with the site management team and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or industrial projects.
- SSSTS (essential).
- Strong understanding of mechanical installation and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and maintain high safety and quality standards.
