Join Our Team as a Key-Account Manager, Top Channel Accounts
Join Schneider Electric and lead one of our most important strategic partner accounts in the Nordics.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and driven Key Account Manager to oversee and drive growth for our high-value, strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship—balancing commercial, operational, and strategic aspects—while cultivating strong ties with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your mission is to develop scalable, thriving partnerships, strengthen long-term collaboration, and maximize mutual business value.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the Nordic account strategy and growth plan
- Act as the central coordination point between Schneider Electric and the partner account
- Identify opportunities for attach, cross-selling, and value-based selling
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Drive pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue development
Operational Excellence
- Lead partner development and enablement initiatives
- Ensure high-quality account data, reporting, and structured execution
- Establish and manage an operational cadence (e.g., follow-ups, QBRs)
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership to a virtual Nordic account team (including local KAMs, PMs, and stakeholders)
- Drive alignment, performance, and execution without formal authority

Requirements
Key Skillsets
√ Experience in key account management, business development, or partner management √ Experience working with system integrators, contractors, or buildings ecosystem partners √ Understanding of BMS, Digital Power, or Fire solutions is an advantage √ Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial acumen √ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills √ Ability to influence and build trust with customers and internal stakeholders √ Proactive, result-driven, and collaborative work ethic
Location & Language
- The role is Nordic-based, with frequent travel across countries
- Fluency in English required
- Nordic language proficiency is a plus
