About this role
As Sales Manager for the Nordics & UK, the core mission is to win new business, grow the territory and deliver against ambitious sales targets.
The role owns the full sales cycle—from the first client engagement through negotiation and contract signature—while developing trusted, long-term relationships with clients, senior executives and key opinion leaders across the banking and financial services sector.
Success in this position requires strong commercial instincts, a sharp understanding of the market and the ability to identify, shape and convert complex opportunities into signed business. The role also contributes to market analysis, strategic account development and strengthening our position across the assigned territory.
Your responsibilities
- Own and deliver New Logo sales targets established by the Regional Sales Director, building and executing a focused territory sales plan aligned with our strategy
- Lead the complete new-logo sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, negotiation and deal closure, coordinating pre-sales and specialist resources as required
- Partner closely with the lead pre-sales resource to understand each prospect’s business priorities and requirements, shape the right solution and deliver compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and strengths of Temenos and additiv
- Lead or support commercial negotiations, depending on deal size, covering the terms and conditions of sales and service agreements
- Build strong executive-level relationships throughout the sales process and beyond, creating trusted partnerships that support long-term client engagement and future business opportunities
- Contribute to market research and develop detailed prospective-client profiles covering current systems, future software investment potential, strategic priorities and key decision-makers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
