About the Talent Pool
Are you a Northcoders graduate looking for your first role in tech or the next step in your career?
We're building a talent pool of ambitious early-career professionals interested in future opportunities through the _nology Accelerator Programme. By joining our Northcoders Talent Pool, you'll be among the first to know about upcoming training cohorts and client projects across a range of technology and business disciplines.

As a _nology consultant, you'll join a community of early-career professionals and receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing support while gaining experience with leading organisations delivering critical public and private sector projects.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- An interest in pursuing a career within technology, delivery, project management, business analysis, testing, data, or engineering
- The ability to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working quickly

Future Opportunities May Involve

Typical Requirements
Requirements will vary depending on the specific opportunity, but candidates may be expected to:
- Be based in various locations within the UK, including Newcastle, Manchester, London, Leeds, Birmingham, and others
- Be available for remote training and hybrid working arrangements
- Be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
- Demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
- Be available for full-time opportunities when programmes commence

What you’ll need to join the programme:
- Eligibility to work in the UK - suitability will be assessed during the application process
- Ability to pass background and criminal record checks
- Willingness to relocate if required – potential client locations include Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Bristol
- A genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow in the tech industry
