Who are we?

Moreno are a group of passionate individuals working to invigorate the wine trade through uncompromised, relevant wines, tight relationships with customers and ensuring plenty of fun is had along the way.

Being proud of our history in the UK, we look to build on Moreno's pioneering past where European wines have been central in all we've achieved. Boosted by investment and resources from the In Vino Group, our sights are firmly set on introducing extra:ordinary wines from across the world to Independent retailers and Wholesalers.

What’s the job in a nutshell?

You will be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of accounts, delivering profitable, sustainable wine sales across multiple sites and channels.

You will open doors to new customers, deepen relationships with existing partners, and work with them to grow their wine category through insight-led ranges, training and activation.

As part of the account management team, you will contribute to and deliver the commercial strategy, ensuring we hit volume, value and margin targets while championing Moreno within our customers’ organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
