Join Our Driver Team!
4th Dimension Innovation Group is looking for a Motorcycle Collection/Delivery Driver to join our Driver Team, based in the Wakefield area, keeping our northern deliveries and collections running smoothly.
This is part of our shuttle network — based locally in Wakefield but covering routes across the north. One of our vans is driven up to you, you take it out for collections and deliveries, and the next day you swap it out for a fresh, fully-loaded one ready to go again. No long-haul trips back to base — just efficient, well-organised regional coverage.
You'll report to the Driver Team Leader, and the role is all about the safe, careful transportation of motorcycles — supporting our repair, hire, retail and salvage operations across the group. As this is an FCA regulated position, candidates should be comfortable working within the compliance standards this brings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
