About The Role

Are you looking for your first step into the world of work? Or want to gain valuable experience, earn money, and build skills that will look fantastic on your CV or simply would like to do something new?

We're offering an exciting 9-month Fixed-Term Customer Service & Claims Support opportunity, starting 4th November, perfect for college leavers, students taking a gap year, or anyone looking to develop professional skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Location: Andover (must live within 20 miles of Andover)

Hybrid Working: On-site 3 days per week

Contract Length: 9 Months Fixed Term

Interview Date: Friday 16th October

Salary: £26,936

What Will You Be Doing?

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be helping customers through a variety of channels including:

  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Web Chat

You'll also support the processing of customer claims, ensuring every claim is handled fairly and accurately in line with company policies and procedures.

Most importantly, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive, informative and supportive customer experience that reflects our mission of helping people make the most of life through better everyday health.
