Our week-long Vacation Scheme is designed to give aspiring solicitors real exposure to legal practice, helping you develop your skills, broaden your commercial awareness, and gain a genuine understanding of what a future career at Wolferstans could look like.
What to expect during the Vacation Scheme
During the week, you will:
- Experience work across a variety of legal departments.
- Complete practical tasks designed to mirror the work undertaken by trainee solicitors.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and feedback from experienced legal professionals.
- Take part in interactive workshops and group activities led by our trainee solicitors.
- Develop skills that will support future training contract and legal career applications.
- Meet partners, solicitors, trainees, and other colleagues from across the firm.
- Gain insight into our culture, values, and what makes Wolferstans a great place to build a legal career.
