Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications (email, chat, or phone)
- Clearly explain benefit plans and help clients choose the best options for their needs.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members virtually
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
