NPA Insurance Ltd is launching a brand-new Insurance Graduate Programme, designed to provide aspiring insurance professionals with hands-on experience across multiple areas of our business.
This programme will provide an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the insurance sector, develop key industry knowledge, and explore potential career opportunities within our business.
You'll gain practical exposure to the insurance industry through a structured rotation programme, helping you discover where your strengths, interests, and ambitions align.

What You'll Experience
You'll rotate across a range of functions including:
- Technical Underwriting
- Distribution and Customer Engagement
- Marketing
- Claims
- Data & Analytics
- Customer Services
You'll also have opportunities to spend time with NPAI’s external partners (e.g., Actuarial, Audit) to develop a broader understanding of the entire insurance landscape.
