NPD Administrator

As an NPD Administrator you will support the New Product Development team by keeping projects, data and documents organised. You will help to ensure all key information, samples, timelines and approvals are managed in a smooth and accurate way. Do you enjoy being the person that connects others? If so this role gives you that opportunity as you would be central to enabling good communication between chefs, technologists, commercial teams and suppliers. As the NPD Administrator you will help the wider team move ideas from concept to launch by making sure everything is recorded, prepared and shared at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep NPD project information, documents and trackers up to date across the full development process.
  • Support with preparing Gate presentations, briefs and paperwork needed for key NPD meetings and reviews.
  • Arrange samples, book in ingredients and coordinate logistics for kitchen sessions, tastings and customer meetings.
  • Ensure all data and documents are stored correctly and shared with the right teams, following agreed processes
  • Help monitor timelines and critical paths so tasks are completed on time.
  • Communicate with internal teams such as Development Chefs, Technologists, Commercial, Technical and Planning to keep projects moving.
  • Support with supplier information, forms and paperwork linked to feasibility assessments and approvals.
  • Provide general admin support to the NPD team, including meeting notes, scheduling and managing shared inboxes or project boards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
