NPD Assistant – Beauty

West London
Up to £30,000

Blush & Bloom Talent are working with a well-established beauty brand who are looking to recruit an NPD Assistant to join their Product Development team. This is an opportunity for someone with experience within NPD, buying, merchandising or a similar product-focused role who is looking to continue building their career within the beauty industry.

You’ll work closely with the wider NPD team, getting involved across the product journey and helping to bring exciting new cosmetic launches to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a busy pipeline of new cosmetic launches, helping projects stay organised and on track from initial idea through to launch.
  • Keeping on top of product timelines, outstanding actions and key development milestones across multiple projects at once.
  • Working directly with external suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples, product details and development updates.
  • Coordinating samples throughout the development process and making sure the right teams have what they need at each stage.
  • Helping to keep new product data, internal systems and launch documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Keeping an eye on the beauty market, researching competitors, upcoming trends and new product concepts that could inspire future launches.
  • Supporting the team with product reviews, meetings, presentations and preparation for upcoming launches.
  • Acting as an organised point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders, following up on actions and helping resolve any potential hold-ups.
  • Providing wider day-to-day support to the NPD team within a varied and fast-moving product development environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
