NPD Manager

Location: Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 base salary + Annual Bonus
Relocation candidates welcomed

Create. Innovate. Launch.

We’re partnering with an established and highly innovative UK food manufacturer that is continuing to invest heavily in product development, manufacturing capability, and future growth.

With an exciting innovation pipeline and strong customer relationships, the business is now looking to appoint an NPD Manager to lead new products from initial concept through to commercial launch.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced food manufacturing NPD professional who wants genuine ownership, customer exposure, and the opportunity to influence what comes next.

You’ll work closely with Commercial, Technical, Production, and Operations, taking exciting product ideas and turning them into commercially successful products that can be manufactured safely, consistently, and at scale.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead the end-to-end NPD process across both high-care and low-care manufacturing environments.

You’ll also support and develop a Senior Process Technologist and Junior Process Technologist, while managing multiple development projects at pace.

This is a role that combines creativity with commercial thinking and strong factory involvement.

You’ll be leading trials, supporting scale-up, working closely with customers, and ensuring new products move successfully from the development kitchen to the production line.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
