Working Hours: Monday - Friday, core hours

About the Role
An innovative and exciting opportunity as an NPD Manager has arisen within 2 Sisters Food Group UK Poultry Central Division. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to oversee a key business portfolio and manage a range of exciting product developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely, safe, and innovative product launches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Work independently with minimal support, demonstrating resilience and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, particularly with frequent product launches.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, utilising strong negotiation skills when necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a New Product Development Manager, ideally within retail and, specifically, with retailer M&S.
- FMCG experience relevant to category chilled, non-branded.
- A passion for food with a keen palate and an understanding of nutrition.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and delivering results under pressure.
- Frequent willingness to travel regularly (2-3 days a week) to meet business needs.
