Shape the Future of Lighting Innovation

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a passion for developing and commercialising physical products?
Do you thrive in a manufacturing environment, bringing innovative products from concept through development, launch and lifecycle management?

DW Windsor is seeking an ambitious NPD & Product Lifecycle Manager to take ownership of a market-leading portfolio of exterior lighting solutions. This is a highly influential role where you'll drive new product development, shape future product strategy and ensure our product range continues to meet evolving customer, market and regulatory requirements.

Please note: this is a physical product management role within a manufacturing environment and is not a software or digital product position.

About DW Windsor

DW Windsor is a leading designer and manufacturer of exterior lighting solutions, helping create safer, more attractive and sustainable public spaces throughout the UK.

Our products illuminate streets, public realm developments, transport infrastructure, residential schemes and commercial environments, combining performance, innovation and design excellence.

The Role

As NPD & Product Lifecycle Manager, you will lead the strategic development and ongoing management of our lighting portfolio, acting as the link between engineering, sales, marketing, operations and customers.

You will use market intelligence, customer insight and commercial analysis to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps and successfully deliver new products to market while optimising the performance of existing ranges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
