About the role

Lead and deliver high-impact New Product Development (NPD) and strategic supply chain projects across the EMEA region, ensuring initiatives are executed at pace and deliver meaningful commercial and operational outcomes.

Operating across multiple markets and functions, this role works closely with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear, executable plans, leading a diverse and complex project portfolio from concept through to delivery. This is a critical role within Supply and the wider business, driving alignment, momentum and results in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

LEAD NPD PROJECT DELIVERY:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of NPD initiatives from concept through to successful market launch
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams to ensure alignment on prioritisation, strategy, timelines, feasibility and execution
  • Drive disciplined project governance, ensuring risks, dependencies and trade-offs are proactively managed
  • Ensure NPD projects deliver against time, cost, quality and service expectations

DELIVER STRATEGIC SUPPLY PROJECTS:

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional projects that support business transformation and operational optimisation
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable project plans, with defined outcomes and milestones
  • Drive delivery across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and momentum
  • Embed a results-driven approach, ensuring measurable business impact (cost, efficiency, service, or capability)

CROSS FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP & INFLUENCE:

  • Act as a key connector across Supply, Commercial and central functions
  • Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to ensure the right decisions are made for the business
  • Lead project teams (often without direct reporting lines), creating clarity, accountability and pace
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity, providing structure and direction to teams

GOVERNANCE, PRIORITISATION & EXECUTION EXCELLENCE:

  • Establish clear governance frameworks across projects, ensuring transparency on progress, risks and decisions
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives in line with business strategy and resource constraints
  • Identify and resolve barriers to execution, escalating where appropriate
  • Drive consistency and best practice in project delivery across the portfolio

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & CAPABILITY BUILDING

  • Identify opportunities to improve NPD and project delivery processes
  • Champion ways of working that improve speed, clarity and execution discipline
  • Leverage tools, data and technology (e.g. Power BI, project tracking systems) to enhance visibility and decision-making
  • Contribute to building a high-performing project delivery culture within the team

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other tertiary degree
  • Project Management Qualification (Prince or Agile)
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in supply chain, FMCG or a similar environment
  • Strong track record in NPD delivery and/or supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong project leadership and delivery focus; able to operate with autonomy
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution in a structured and pragmatic way
  • High level of commercial and operational awareness
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
