Location: Telford / Hybrid (2 Days Office)
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Division: Sync Energy (Part of Luceco Group)
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE plus 20% Bonus

Are you passionate about renewable energy technologies and bringing innovative products to market? We're looking for a Technical Product Manager – Renewables to take ownership of our growing portfolio of renewable energy solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical background and experience in areas such as battery storage, solar energy, HEMS (Home Energy Management Systems), renewable technologies or EV charging to play a key role in shaping the future of our product offering.
Working as the bridge between the market and engineering teams, you'll be responsible for translating customer and market requirements into successful products, ensuring our solutions stay at the forefront of an evolving and exciting industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing our renewable energy product portfolio.
- Defining product specifications and technical requirements.
- Translating market needs into clear product requirements and engineering specifications.
- Working closely with electrical, mechanical and firmware engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Supporting the launch of new products alongside installation, training and support teams.
- Collaborating with sales, customer service, quality and compliance teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting technical investigations, product improvements and continuous innovation.
- Driving future product development projects within a fast-growing renewables business.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Experience within the renewable energy, battery storage, solar, HEMS or EV charging sectors.
- A technical or engineering background.
- Experience managing technical products or product development projects.
- The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, commercial and customer-facing functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating customer or market requirements into technical product specifications.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive within a lean, agile environment.
