The Role: NPD Technologist
As an NPD Technologist, you will be instrumental in driving new product development from concept through to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into innovative food solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading R&D trials, ensuring feasibility and scalability, and maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. A proactive approach and strong technical expertise will enable you to contribute significantly to our client's pipeline of exciting products.

- Lead and support new product development projects from initial concept to launch

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in NPD within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food science and technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
