NPI Technician
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to 36K per annum
We are looking for an NPI Technician to support the introduction of new products from design through to full-scale production. You'll work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to ensure products are launched on time, meet quality standards and are ready for manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production.
- Develop manufacturing processes, tooling and test procedures.
- Create and maintain work instructions and production documentation.
- Assist with product trials, validation and production launches.
- Resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and support production teams.

About You:
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
