We are looking for an exceptional Sales AI Instructor with expertise in AI data center workloads and technologies to join NVIDIA’s Channel Enablement team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of sales content supporting NVIDIA's channel partners. This individual is responsible for support developing and delivering sales training workshops for a large EMEA channel community focused on selling NVIDIA’s AI enterprise solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with NVIDIA’s Sales and Vertical specialists, partner organization, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure that partner field sales teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively position, recommend, and implement NVIDIA AI solutions. What you’ll be doing:
- Complete sales trainings on a yearly EMEA Channel Enablement plan; aligned and in support of the NVIDIA growth strategy. Containing Products, Solutions and Processes for all EMEA regions. Reflecting the balance between going broad into the channel landscape and deep for selected Partners and/or Communities.
- Partner closely with NVIDIA’s Sales and Vertical specialists, partner organization, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure that partner field sales teams have the knowledge and skills vital to optimally position, recommend, and implement NVIDIA AI solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 75% as the need arises.
- Execution of NVIDIA 5 Star AI Advisor Training Program and related Trainings.
- Working together with the broader ecosystem and external companies to present a complete story.
- Work with Marketing, Regional, and BU leaders to build a top-rated channel program in EMEA.
What we need to see:
- Team focused working style and push forward mentality.
- Proficiency in delivering training and presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate high technical concepts to Sales/ Pre-Sales partner audiences.
- Ability to understand very technical solutions quickly and how it can be positioned for Channel Partners.
- Embrace knowledge and presentation styles to different audiences promptly.
- Support global GTM strategy with a perfect training match.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales field experience, with at least 5 years in data center-related technologies supporting AI such as storage, networking, or accelerated computing. Training delivery experience is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English. Additional language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrable experience of public talks, presentations, and trainings, video blogs, or any other demonstration of your desire to educate, captivate, and evangelize.
- History of completing EMEA widen Channel Enablement Trainings.
- Start-up mentality.
- Persistence in finishing tasks and exploring fresh approaches to implement with the ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in English written and verbal, additional European Languages would be preferable.
