National Parking Platform (NPP) Engagement Lead

The British Parking Association (BPA) is a not-for-profit membership association representing the UK parking and mobility sector. Through collaboration, innovation and leadership, we support the delivery of smarter parking and transport services that benefit people, places and communities.

The National Parking Platform (NPP) is one of the most exciting and transformational programmes in the parking sector today. Backed by government, local authorities and industry, the NPP is changing how people pay for parking by creating a national platform that gives drivers greater choice, improves customer experience and encourages innovation across the market.

As the NPP continues to grow, we are looking for an Engagement Lead to help drive adoption across the UK and support local authorities on their journey to joining the platform.

The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a nationally significant programme that is reshaping the future of parking.

The Engagement Lead will be responsible for building relationships with local authorities, supporting them through the discovery and onboarding process, and helping them realise the benefits of joining the National Parking Platform. It is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building partnerships and being part of a programme delivering genuine change across the UK.

Working closely with the Head of Engagement, the post holder will lead engagement activity with assigned authorities, coordinate onboarding activity, support contract progression and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
