NQ -2 year PQE | Commercial Litigation Solicitor | London | Hybrid | Salary circa £50,000 DOE
I am currently recruiting for a well-established specialist litigation firm in London, recognised by The Legal 500 as a Firm to Watch for Commercial Litigation. The firm is expanding its London team and is looking for a solicitor who wants to build a long-term career in commercial disputes.
This excellent opportunity for an NQ -2 years Commercial Litigation Solicitor role offers early responsibility, high-value disputes and the chance to learn directly from a highly experienced Senior Associate.
The role
You will support the Senior Associate on complex matters and develop your own varied caseload with guidance. Your work will include drafting court documents, preparing matters for proceedings and delegating appropriate tasks to the team’s paralegal.

What the firm is looking for
NQ -2 years PQE, or approaching qualification, with a strong Commercial Litigation seat.
- Experience with Contractual disputes and Company/Shareholder disputes highly advantageous
- Clear drafting, communication and client care skills
- Commercial judgement and a genuine interest in building a career as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning
