Are you a newly qualified to 4 years' PQE Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to develop your career with a highly regarded regional firm? This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recognised practice, working alongside an experienced and supportive team handling high-quality privately funded family matters.
You'll be joining a well-established and forward-thinking firm that places genuine emphasis on training, development, and colleague wellbeing. Working from the firm's Exeter office on a hybrid basis, you'll gain exposure to a varied caseload while building your expertise in Private Family Law within a collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing a broad range of privately funded family matters
- Advising clients on divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes
- Handling child arrangements matters and urgent injunction applications
- Building strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional levels of client care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues whilst developing your own caseload and expertise
About you:
- Newly Qualified to 4 years' PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in privately funded Family Law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
