NQ–5 PQE Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Exeter | Hybrid Working (2 Days in Office)

Salary up to £70k

Are you looking to build your litigation career with a highly regarded team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where you'll gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality disputes while developing your own specialist expertise.

From day one, you'll receive hands-on support from experienced partners and senior lawyers, with clear opportunities to build your own caseload and develop your reputation as a litigator.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters
  • Working on disputed wills and trusts, alongside exposure to commercial litigation
  • Managing the day-to-day conduct of your own files while building your caseload
  • Developing your own specialist area of practice over time
  • Working closely with a collaborative team while delivering excellent client care
  • Taking part in training, team-building activities, and future business development within the local community

About you:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0–5 years PQE
  • A practical and proactive approach to resolving disputes
  • Ideally some experience in contentious trusts and probate, although this is not essential
