NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A leading national law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Warwickshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join an established and successful practice, working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes.
The Role
You will gain exposure to a varied caseload, including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence
- Business and corporate disputes
- Property and landlord & tenant disputes
- Injunctions and urgent applications
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- General commercial litigation and dispute resolution
You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and gain hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process, with strong support and supervision as you develop your career.

About You
We are looking for an NQ Solicitor who has completed a training contract with good exposure to Commercial Litigation and is now looking to establish themselves within a leading national practice.
You will ideally have:
- Newly qualified status or be due to qualify shortly
- Good experience in Commercial Litigation gained during your training contract
- Strong academic and technical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- The confidence to take responsibility and develop your own skills
- A genuine interest in contentious work
- Ambition to progress within a successful national law firm
