Job Title: NQ Conveyancer
Location: East London (Hybrid working available after probation)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 D.O.E
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Practice Area: Residential Property Conveyancing
About the Firm
A well-established East London law firm, operating since 1963, is seeking a Conveyancer with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience to join their growing Residential Property team. The firm provides practical, client-focused legal services to individuals and businesses across the UK and internationally.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to progress matters efficiently
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
- Support senior solicitors with complex transactions where necessary

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–1 Year PQE)
- Experience or strong interest in residential property conveyancing (training seat or paralegal experience beneficial)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
