An established and well regarded law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Luton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to build a strong foundation in employment law, working alongside experienced colleagues on a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.
The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact and excellent opportunities for long term career development.
Typical duties include:
- Supporting clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements and correspondence.
- Managing your own caseload with increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
- Contributing to business development activities while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 0 to 2 years' PQE, or be due to qualify shortly.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Employment Law.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A commercial and client focused approach to legal advice.
- The ability to work collaboratively while taking responsibility for your own development.
