Employment Solicitor – NQ+
Location: Cardiff
Working Pattern: Minimum 4 days per week in the office
We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a qualified Employment Solicitor at NQ level or above to join a well-established and highly regarded employment team in Cardiff.
This is an opportunity to work on high-quality, varied employment matters for a broad range of clients, while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative environment led by experienced Partners.
The Role
You will advise clients across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, gaining exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.
The role will suit an Employment Solicitor who is looking to build their experience within a team where quality of work, client service, and professional development are genuinely valued.

About You
We are interested in speaking with qualified Employment Solicitors at NQ level and above.
You will have:
- A strong interest in Employment law
- Experience gained within a reputable employment team, although NQ candidates will also be considered
- Strong communication and client management skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A genuine desire to develop your career within Employment law

Location & Working Arrangements
The role is based in Cardiff and requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor who values working closely with experienced colleagues and Partners and wants to benefit from a genuinely supportive office-based team environment.
