Employment Solicitor | NQ | Orpington, Kent | Hybrid Working

A Legal 500-ranked regional firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Orpington. This is an outstanding opportunity to qualify into employment law with a partner-led team known for its quality work, supportive culture and excellent training.

The Opportunity

You'll work across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • Settlement agreements
  • TUPE and restructuring
  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
  • Mediation and dispute resolution

About You

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly
  • Employment seat or relevant employment law experience during training
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Commercial, proactive and eager to build a career in employment law
