Description

NQ-2 PQE and looking for the next step in your career? Our Employment Rights team, are looking for Assistant Lawyers to join their highly regarded team.

The role..

The role will involve managing a caseload of your own and assisting on existing complex employment rights cases, with appropriate supervision in place.

This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of case management, requiring sound theoretical knowledge, strong judgement, and the ability to support and progress cases from inception through to resolution.

Who we are looking for..

We are looking for qualified lawyers who can demonstrate experience in handling employment rights claims (Ideally 0 – 2 years PQE).

You will have:

  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • An understanding and empathic approach and a passion for client care is key.

This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to take their next step in their legal career in employment rights, where your contributions will be truly valued, and you will be given the opportunity and support to flourish.
