Our client, a leading regional heavyweight law firm based in Kent, is seeking an NQ Litigation Solicitor to join its established Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of contentious matters, with the longer-term aim of developing a specialism in Property Litigation.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with a varied caseload covering multiple areas of litigation and dispute resolution.
- Supporting on Property Litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, easements and restrictive covenants.
- Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, witness statements and settlement agreements.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
- Managing matters individually, with appropriate supervision, while collaborating with senior lawyers on more complex disputes.
- Supporting the team with business development and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications
- To be considered for this role, you will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly in England and Wales.
- You will have completed a litigation or dispute resolution seat, or gained relevant litigation experience in a paralegal capacity.
- Previous exposure to Property Litigation would be advantageous but is not essential.
- You will have a genuine interest in developing a long-term specialism in Property Litigation.
- You will possess strong drafting, analytical, communication and client-management skills.
