NQ – 3 PQE Private Client Solicitor | Lancashire | Hybrid Working
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
I'm currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm that's looking to appoint an NQ–3 PQE Private Client Solicitor as part of its continued growth.
This is an opportunity to join one of the North West's leading private client teams, working alongside recognised specialists in a firm that's consistently recognised as one of the UK's best employers. The Role
You'll be advising a broad range of private clients on a varied caseload, with responsibilities including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on lifetime planning
- Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering a high standard of client care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Private Client team
- Contributing to business development and networking activities where appropriate

About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who:
- Are Newly Qualified up to 3 years' PQE
- Have gained Private Client experience during their training contract or post-qualification
- Can demonstrate strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Take a practical and client-focused approach
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Are keen to continue developing their technical knowledge and career within Private Client
