Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
Exeter, Devon | NQ+ PQE | Legal 100 Law Firm

The Role
- Manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload
- Wills & estate planning
- Probate & estate administration
- Inheritance Tax & tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Wealth preservation & succession planning
- Advise HNW individuals, families, business owners and agricultural clients

The Team
- Large, well-established Private Client / Private Wealth team
- Excellent legal assistant and paralegal support
- Collaborative and supportive culture
- Very high-quality client base and longstanding relationships
What You’ll Need
- To be a newly qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Private Client experience:
- Experience with wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
- Strong client care and communication skills
- STEP qualification is advantageous, but not essential
- Ambition to progress within a leading regional law firm
