Property Litigation Solicitor | NQ–3 PQE | Cambridge (relocation opportunity)
You've qualified or you're a few years in. You want property litigation work that's genuinely interesting, not template disputes processed at pace. You want experienced lawyers who actually mentor. You want a firm genuinely invested in your development.
A Legal 500-ranked regional firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Cambridge. The Work
You'll handle a genuinely varied caseload:
- Residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters: rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes
- Building and development disputes
- Land acquisition and strategic options work
- Possession actions and enforcement matters
- Purchaser claims and title disputes

About You
- NQ to 3 PQE in Property Litigation
- Solid experience across property disputes
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication
- Commercially minded and collaborative
