Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting an NQ Solicitor to join our Property department based in our Bristol office (with flexible hybrid-working).

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team working with both public and private sector clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of property matters, including development work, acting for key clients such as developers, operators, funders and investors.

What we are looking for from you
The successful applicant will possess the following skills, which are key to the role:
- Previous experience in a property related practice area
- Extremely organised with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage client expectations and adhere to KPIs
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
- Confidence in working directly with clients
- An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
- A team player with a keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
- A practical and commercial, 'can do' approach to problem solving
