Newly Qualified Property Solicitor Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation for residential property work and a supportive, people-focused culture.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious NQ looking to take the next step in their career within an established and specialist property team, handling a varied caseload while benefiting from excellent training, supervision and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

You'll join a busy and successful residential property department, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of transactions while developing your own caseload and technical expertise.

Your workload is likely to include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions
  • Supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Drafting legal documents and reports
  • Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and lenders
  • Managing matters efficiently from instruction to completion
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care

The team also specialises in self-build property matters. Previous experience in this area would be advantageous, but is by no means essential as full training and support will be provided.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ level welcome)
  • Experience gained within residential property during your training contract or post-qualification
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
  • Commercial and client-focused approach
  • Keen to continue developing technically and professionally
  • Ambitious and looking for long-term career progression
