Residential Property Lawyer - Haywards Heath
Residential Conveyancing | Career Development Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and supportive team in Haywards Heath.
This opportunity would suit a Trainee Solicitor approaching qualification, a CILEX professional, Licensed Conveyancer or newly qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career within a successful residential property department.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced property lawyers, supporting a broad range of residential conveyancing matters while developing your technical knowledge and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Preparing legal documents and carrying out searches
- Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process
Candidate Requirements
- Trainee Solicitor nearing qualification, CILEX professional, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor
- Interest in developing a career in residential property law
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
